Not a bad apartment, owners aren't trustworthy
Former Tenant
Pros:
The backyard was good, nice kitchen, they had an AC installed in my room which was great. Loved the washer/dryer when it was available.
Cons:
My room was overpriced and tiny. If everything goes perfectly, owners are responsive. But if something bothers her, she is unreasonable and moody.

Great starter apartment in an amazing location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Landlords are excellent! Very responsive and the building is kept in immaculate condition. Recently installed washer dryer in the building.
Cons:
Thin walls. Lack of communal space if you use the 2nd or 3rd floor apartments as a 2 bed.
