Landlords are unresponsive
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great neighborhood and the weekly cleaning staff did a great job in communal spaces.
Cons:
There was sewage gas leaking into the apartment for the whole year we lived there. Complained 10+ times and was ignored after the 2nd.
Advice to owner:
Answer your tenants concerns.

It’s fine
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, newness of appliances, location, amenities (roof access, gym, mail room). All the general new build stuff.
Cons:
Got a pretty good “covid deal” but they’ve raised the rent approximately $1200 or more as those leases timed out. Absolutely insane increase and neighbors are almost all new now.
When we first moved in, one of the neighbors was consistently stealing packages from other tenant, was caught on camera by the property managers/landlord, who refused to do anything about it.
Terrible smell in the bathroom, we believe a faulty trap in the toilet/sink, just horrid sewage smell wafting from the bathrooms that management never resolved despite several inquiries.
