New building, spacious, and clean
Cons:
Owner can be unresponsive and when there are issues might take a while to resolve them

Excellent garbage management
Cons:
Need to chase down landlord / management / contractors every time something needs to get fixed.

Repairs just go ignored for months at a time.

Laundry room is always dirty (entrance next to trash) and entrance is teeming with flies and mosquitoes in the summer.
