Poor quality management.
Former Tenant
Pros:
I guess the location is nice?
Cons:
Garbage is not taken care of well. Frequent problems with water, leaks, parties in building.
Advice to owner:
Need more trash cans. Less rats.

This building is the worst
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location; apartment could be cute if they used anything other than cheap replacements/fixes for everything
Cons:
THESE ARE SLUMLORDS- RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!

Outside is distgusting. Trash management is a joke and they constantly have a summons on the front door because of it. Still don't fix it. The washer dryer? It's in the rat infested basement of the apartment next door. If you hear rattling in the closet, those are the critters. Say hi. Oh and the washer/dryers? Have been broken for months...still not fixed. They come into the apartment for constant inspections when they "fix" things, but leave with them in worse condition. Oh and there are ALWAYS leaks--from the ceiling (ones they "fix" that are still fkd up), walls...it's a mess. The building is poorly maintained so if something is broken, good luck ACTUALLY getting it fixed. Sure people will make appointments with you and ask you to take off work and NO SHOW. But they won't fix anything. Might temporarily repair and weeks later same situation. Our water heater is a perfect example. We spent almost a full week's time without hot water working. The nonchalant management company gave zero fks. There are 311 complaints on these folks for a reason ya'll. Oh and they raised the rent $1000 from year to year. YUP! Greedy, money hoarding, and down right neglectful. IF you don't give a shi* about where you live and you don't mind this PLUS loud ass neighbors that throw parties on weekdays with bouncers outside until 5am (true story) or about over paying for small space within a slumlord led building, GO FOR IT. But if not RUN FOR THE HILLS. They don't give a fk about you, just your money. And they make it CLEAR.
Advice to owner:
Do. Better. Especially if you’re going to try and raise rent prices and pretend this is an upscale building. CLEAN THE FKN TRASH OUTSIDE THE BUILDING. For half the week, half the block is COVERED in trash. It's beyond gross and unsanitary.
