loved it but wish some things changed
Former Tenant
Pros:
great light, nice ceiling space. really cool on a good day. the rooftop was huge. great management who are super responsive.
Cons:
living in front of l train is tough - some of the windows aren’t great with insulation so the sound can be a lot. they also get shipments early in the morning, so you may wake up at 5 am.
if you’re looking to move in here, get a room farther from the front and with better insulated windows!

Great experience living here
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building was very well kept and managed. There was a live-in person taking care of garbage, laundry room, cleaning etc on a daily basis. The management was very responsive and pleasant to work with. They seemed to actually care about their tenant's experience living there. We had amazing light in our loft, great street parking and respectful neighbors!
Cons:
An occasional roach because it is an old building. The heat was hard to manage. There didnt seem to be a low setting for our heat, so in the winter we would have to turn it on and off for temperature control. We did not leave for any negatives as these were not too hard to manage. We just wanted more bedrooms at our next apartment!
