95 Knickerbocker ave
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is great, the space is nice.
Cons:
The hallways are really dirty and unkept, the apartment wasn't cleaned before move in, there have been problems with pipes bursting in the hallway and leaks in our apartment. The landlord isn't very responsive.

A generally fine living experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Landlord is goodnatured if inexperienced. Things were fixed relatively quickly.
Cons:
We had some issues with water leaking from the ceiling. The music and cooking smells from the bodega downstairs can be a bit annoying.
