Slum Lord - Do NOT Rent
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great Neighborhood Lots of space (1R - Duplex) Super was very nice and friendly Close to train
Cons:
One of the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had in New York after 23 years of living hear.
CONS Management is next to impossible to get in touch with (ie. took them 3 months to replace broken fridge) When management finally sends someone, they don’t know what they’re doing. Hardly any appliances worked Basement routinely floods Sunlight in only two rooms Laundry machines constantly broke Heat was outrageous expensive and barely worked Tons of mice and other bugs
