fine, good location and
Former Tenant
Pros:
Decent sized apartments. Good location if you like Bushwick nightlife.
Cons:
Difficult to get something fixed. Can be really noisy at night with the deli below. A lot of shady characters hang out outside the deli late night, can get loud and rowdy
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive

Not move in ready
Former Tenant
Pros:
Open floor plan, nice lighting, super close to the Morgan stop L. Big bedrooms and lots of light in them. Spacious apartment
Cons:
Floors were covered in animal pee and had to be refinished. Couldn’t move in until a week after my lease had technically started. No closets
Advice to owner:
be more hands on

Comes with free pets
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great renovation, great size apartment for the price, close to subway
Cons:
The deli downstairs has a lot of parties and loiterers at all hours. Really high noise levels if you work from home. Usually climbing over deli customers drinking on the stoop to get out of your front door. And between mice and roaches, you’ll be playing whack-a-mole monthly with the exterminator no matter how clean you are. The back bedrooms also face a garage where they unload/wash garbage trucks from 11pm-7am so the smell and beeping from trucks can be a problem.

Hard to say something positive
Former Tenant
Pros:
building is close to the train
Cons:
If you have any issue in your unit good luck trying to get it fixed. The landlord is essentially non existent and you have to go through a management company to get any thing done and 9 times out of 10 the management company doesn’t do anything. Living right above the deli causes many issues as well. The employees like to party on their back patio early in the morning before the deli opens and are so loud it sounds like they’re in the room with you. Not to mention all the men that hang outside the front and harass you as you leave and enter your apartment.
Advice to owner:
Actually do your job that people pay you for.
