Exactly what I needed
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location. Wonderful sunlight. Large railroad apartment. Nice deep tub and reliable bathroom. Management is quick to respond and reliable. Very happy with them.
Cons:
Can hear neighbors across in other buildings. They can be incessant.
Advice to owner:
Renovate stairwell

I lived here a couple years ago when the unit was just renovated and it was a nice unit with good privacy but there were bugs
Cons:
Poor management and too expensive. Glad I moved elsewhere
