New building so no pest issues.
Cons:
Pretty small and double digit rent increases

New Building But Not Well Cared For

Pros:
Units have good modern amentities/appliances. Central air, dishwasher, accessible roof, and there's one set of laundry machines in the building. Good location.
Cons:
Management is hard to get a hold of and maintenance issues take a long time to fix. Garbage frequently piles up outside the building. Units are small and there is little to no soundproofing between units. You're paying for location and not much more than that.
