Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, Pest control, Neighbours, Layout, Kitchen Appliances
Cons:
Awful response rate from landlord. Had literally no heat for half of the winter. Faulty smoke detector leaked water into the apartment. The laundry room is filthy. Ania Brenda, who manages this building, wilfully violated multiple parts of the 2019 NYS Housing Act that applies to your security deposit. I would be extra careful about documenting dates, amounts, and insisting on an inspection.
Advice to owner:
Please care about your tenants. They can tell when you don’t.

It’s alright but some pests and bad landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Love the location and it has a good vibe. South facing windows we loved.
Cons:
The landlord before wasn’t very responsive, but the landlord in 2020 is incredibly rude. There were lots of tiny bathroom pests and though we complained a number of times we never saw an exterminator.
