Pros:
We usually got a hold of the super very quickly and they were responsive and fixed problems.
Cons:
Radiators could get a bit noisy

Okay for rental, but be prepared to put in work

Pros:
Quiet, management is somewhat responsive. Large space with tall ceilings.
Cons:
The building is in disrepair overall and was not in good condition when I moved in. The common space (hallways) smell strange. The insulation is terrible and it's freezing during the winter.
Advice to owner:
Do major renovations between tenants if possible
