Not perfect, but comfortable
Former Tenant
Pros:
Best thing is the maintenance. So easy to submit a request and get it fixed within 48 hours or less. Anything from oven issues, caulking, leaks - they are able to handle. Great natural lighting on the third floor, neighbors are quiet. Apartment has in unit washer and dryer, a small dishwasher, and allows for pets :)
Cons:
A bit noisy since it’s off a Main Street. Apartment is definitely meant for tall people, cabinets are so high up it’s difficult to reach for shorter people. Water runs warm but not hot.
