Cons:

Lived here from 2018-2020. Not great.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartment was cute. They had an exterminator come by regularly at no extra cost to tenants. Superintendent Angel was great at keeping the building clean and quickly fixing small repairs.
Cons:
Angry neighbors
Party neighbors
Gas didn’t work for months
Cold AF in winter
Leaky ceiling
Landlord never fixed ANYTHING
Exterminator was needed because there were roaches… the big ones
Honestly… don’t rent from this building management company. I wouldn’t do it again.
Advice to owner:
Repair things in the building when your tenants bring it up to you. They never fixed an issue we brought up early on and it wound up causing much bigger issues down the road.

Not worth the rent
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to Montrose L.
The Super was lovely.
Living Room had its own windows.
Cons:
Did not have hot water for a week in November.
Gas did not work for 3 weeks and nobody bother to fix it sooner.
Does not recycle properly (supposed to separate paper and plastic/metals).
Cockroaches.
Heat barely works throughout winter.
Management was unresponsive and only responded when tenants were very angry.
Advice to owner:
Better management and ensure all utilities are met.
Fix the heater issue of providing sufficient heat into the apartment.

Great location! Terrible building.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to subway.
Cons:
Huge roaches. Leaky ceiling, leaky heating, leaky everything. Lack of response from management. Takes forever to fix any issues.
Advice to owner:
Serious renovation needed please.
