Clean safe building with noisy neighbors
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s safe in the area and the building is well maintained in the halls
Cons:
Package theft is an issue, neighbors party loudly but mostly on weekends only, maintenance will close out issues they have not attended to like paint or smoke alarm battery replacement but nothing grave.

Event Space Below
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great neighbors Good bathroom layout and finishes Apartments have good character
Cons:
There is an event space directly below and noise levels are HIGH. It’s enough to rattle our plates, appliances. The management company lied and told the event space reps that it’s sound proofed and a commercial building. It’s NOT sound proofed and is a residential building. Management company are unprofessional and don’t care for their tenants. They refused to take ownership and find a solution. Instead, they left it up to everyone else to clean up their mess. Rent raises are $600+ on average. The paint in the hall and stairwell aren’t well taken care of and the number indicators for the floors fell and haven’t been replaced. The 1 time we asked maintenance to fix a light they literally jiggled the light and called it fixed. It was not fixed. Management made promises to decorate the roof but that never happened. The trash system isn’t great and there are constantly PILES of trash out front.
Advice to owner:
Change your propert management company. Take care of the building and tenants.
