Perfectly fine building

Pros:
Well priced, decent units, convenient parking in the area, management company is mostly responsive, though I haven’t had many issues and avoid contacting them when possible.
Cons:
The bedrooms face the street which is very noisy (fire trucks and police cars from nearby stations, and ice cream trucks across the street at the park), it’s definitely an old building with old fixtures - some people have had problems with leaks that were fixed.
