AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Former Tenant
Pros:
Proximity to many trains, grocery store and pharmacy down the block, good restaurants closeby.
Cons:
This property is hands-down unsafe. The smoke shop next door stays open until 3AM and attracts all sorts of aggressive individuals. Neighbors and I have been harassed multiple times despite the fact that the flood lights they've installed stay on at all hours. The landlord doesn't respond to communication, including important lease conversations and pest control management, for weeks on end. The building is falling apart and the back yard is in infested with ticks, feral cats, rats and swarms of mosquitos in the summer due to the junk yard of plastic buckets and old equipment that hold water -- this shouldn't be a selling point when it's in such terrible shape.
Advice to owner:
Don't leave messages unattended for weeks on end. This is unprofessional and inappropriate.
