Good Apt, water takes forever to heat up

Laundry in building, good light in bedrooms,
Cons:
weird smell from toilet during rainy days. no light in living room

Responsive super, pretty clean and not a ton of noise. Overall solid!
Cons:
Loud music in the area sometimes but nothing crazy.

Packages/mail gets stolen often, have seen cockroaches in the building

Cons:
Management is truly terrible. Since I’ve lived here there has been multiple issues with the fire alarm, my apartment was flooded, another tenant tried to enter my apartment, water leakage from the ceiling and cleaners used racial terms. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Stop being cheap and take care of tenants
