Pros:
Generally management had a quick response time for repairs, online portal for maintenance and rent etc, neighbors were cool
Cons:
We had mice a few times which was not super ideal, but that was the only major con. Also, there is no intercom system or way to buzz people into the building
Advice to owner:
Install doorbell/intercom/buzzer system
