Great location, good building but the landlords are sketchy.

Pros:
It's newly renovated so no major issues.
Cons:
The landlords will try and hike up your rent every year with little notice. They don't alway abide by housing laws so make sure to stand up for yourself.

Kind of expensive for size/locale but no issues

Managment is responsive and no pests + roof access! Neighbors are young / chill / nice. Locations fine
Cons:
Small spaces… but overall really no complaints

Great building, bad landlords

Pros:
Nice new building with minimal pests and its a great location.
Cons:
The landlords are terrible and bank on tennants not knowing their rights.

Rat problems in the past (but quickly addressed) Street noise (medium)
