Management was horribly unresponsive
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors were lovely
Cons:
I have a massive hole in my ceiling that leaked for 6 months. They sent someone who had no idea what they were doing twice and the water broke through the next day both times. For half the time I was there anytime someone would shower upstairs it would leak into my room. Upstairs broke their lease because of it. I had to physically go into their office multiple times which was very hard to find to get someone to fix it. They also gave me a fraudulent check for my security deposit when I moved out which I had to go in in person again to figure out. Management company are a bunch of scammers.

Former Tenant
Pros:
Digital doorman, entryway for packages, nice yard
Cons:
Odd shaped rooms, sound attenuation very poor, noisy neighbors, lots of tagging everywhere
Advice to owner:
Don’t allow college kids to live here and destroy the building
