Rent stabilized, good place to stay

Pros:
Interesting and more mature neighbors. Didn’t have any issues with leaks or bugs.
Cons:
The maintenance is so bad. Gotta call 311 for anything to get done. The heating and ac units don’t work all the time and the heating bill is so expensive.

Pros:
Convenient spot to hang locally. Elevator. Pet friendly. Rooftop is great.
Cons:
Many bugs in the trash room. Landlord responds slow.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to tenants.

Decent for price but has a lot of issues

Pros:
Well-insulated. Apartment stays relatively warm. Very spacious.
Cons:
Really small kitchen. Management is impossible to reach and any issues i have are not resolved in a timely manner. Issues with sink.. can't turn on hot water.

Overall great!

Pros:
Good AC, the common area is clean, the trash get cleaned up every day, pet friendly, apartment in good condition and the super is fairly responsive.
Cons:
Utilities are a bit expensive. Packages can get stolen quite often, not sure it’s the neighbor in this building or people from outside got let in. There are cameras in the building but the same thing still keep happening
Advice to owner:
The building security need to be tightened up.
