Pros:
- cute building
- lots of space
- great fridge
- heating/ac great
- lots of hot water
- super is great
- laundry in building
- exterminator comes to each unit every month
- close to the train
Cons:
- first year living here and i can just feel my rent is gonna spike next year. Hope not bc i wanna stay
- tons of huge flies in laundry room in the summer
- internet router cable connected outside so window was always a crack open and i had so many mosquitos…but just had spectrum come remedy that
- club across the street was so loud over the summer but i think it’s closed down
- there was a fire in the first floor bodega in the last few years so all of the units were vacated…but also remodeled which I guess is a pro!!
- some door hinges were not aligned properly in the unit but they’ve fixed them after we asked
Advice to owner:
Please don’t raise my rent too much! LOL let me stay here!
