Pros:
It's somewhat modern, though VERY Cheaply done. They are somewhat responsive. I didn't see any roaches inside when I lived there...just a lot of rats outside.
Cons:
The rats in front of the building are horrendous in the summer. Managagement doesnt clean it well, there is trash EVERYWHERE becasue there is not enough trashcans. There is also a club right next door and people throw trash from there. You literally play hopscotch with rats to get into the front door. The club across the street is a menace. The neigborhood has tried to get them shutdown, and they are not friendly, they refuse to turn the music down at all. That is honestly the #1 reason. In the summer time you are going to be miserable and not sleep because the apartments shake until 4am. Management is fairly responsive via email, but they make it difficult to know who they are. They provide no names, no address, phone number is not easily accessible. I was given a warning by someone who worked there that this company steals security deposits. They make cheap repairs, and then charges tenants for the issues that arise out of their security deposit even though its the buildings fault. You won't get it back unless you go to court. Do with that what you will! I hope this review helps someone!
