Wonderful space and landlord

Pros:
Jon Waks and Kate Elliot are the BEST! Super reasonable and caring folks. They are incredibly responsive to all of our needs - they honestly feel like relatives.
#2 was a fabulous apartment! All the amenities you would want (washer/dryer, dishwasher, filtered water, many walk-in closets, an office space) and ridiculously close to the Morgan L.
Cons:
We live across the street from a very loud club as well as a metal working shop and above a bar on a main industrial street. So it can be very noisy. It’s also Bushwick - so it can be pretty dirty around the neighborhood.
Advice to owner:
Keep doing what you are doing! It’s rare to find a landlord like you. 😊
