Awful place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building had central air and heat and was renovated in 2015
Cons:
Rats lived in the walls. Despite the recent renovation the building was filthy. It was gross when I moved in and then management had the audacity to deduct a cleaning fee when I moved out. Way too expensive for what it is. They have laundry in the basement you have to pay for and the machines never worked. Constant issues with management throughout my tenancy. Stuff was always breaking and never getting fixed

Living At This Apt
Former Tenant
Pros:
I liked having a backyard garden! And good location.
Cons:
Rats in the walls, poor communication with management.
Advice to owner:
Be more available to tenants who have concerns or need maintenance.
