Disgusting - worst landlord. Black mold. Cutting corners on costs.
Former Tenant
Pros:
2 bathrooms, laundry, backyard, and central heat and AC
Cons:
Infestation of Roaches, rats scratching in walls (one dead for months before the landlord had people get it out), floods basement when rains, Flies (they are everywhere), leaks in ceilings of multiple rooms. BLACK MOLD.
Repair people (same people as always) sent eventually by Ben the landlord— they said that years ago, he needed to do more repairs, but he just fixed the exterior and ignored the internal ongoing issues which is why it is falling apart now.
Kicked all tenants out at end of lease and only fixed the exterior walls despite the roaches, rats, and black mold all throughout the place. New tenants will realize soon enough :/
Advice to owner:
You need to demolish and rebuild the building walls and plumbing. It is hazardous.
