Overpriced for what you get
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious layout Great neighborhood
Cons:
Structure falling apart Problems with roaches and ants Lack of security
Advice to owner:
Maintain the building properly. There shouldn't be massive puddles when it rains, ceiling splitting from walls, and no notice or plan of action after violent break-in.

avoid
Former Tenant
Pros:
fun neighborhood, high ceilings, loft space so you can build walls as you see fit
Cons:
BED BUGS. poor laundry facility and generally unclean shared areas.
Advice to owner:
get rid of the bed bugs. spraying 1 apartment just makes them crawl into another.

Lots of light with all the windows
Cons:
The garbage area is a rat's nest. Cannot take out trash without seeing multiple rats.
