Sewage Ceiling Leak

Location, 2nd Floor, No Noise In Back Rooms
Cons:
The sewage pipe above my bedroom leaked twice... and it was like the splash mountain type of leak. Took a while to get ahold of the landlord and he didn’t seem to care about either incident to get a proper plumber. Didn’t get discounted rent because it transpired in the last month of my lease that was already paid for. Didn’t pay for me to stay anywhere else either.
Advice to owner:
Fix your building properly and show more respect for your tenants.
