Completely and totally infested
Former Tenant
Pros:
Units are spacious, back rooms overlook a nice backyard, reasonably quiet
Cons:
There must be hundreds of rats in and around this building, they eat through the garbage so every single time you come home you’ll be greeted by at least 10 rats scurrying away. Sometimes they’ll jump out of the garbage at you, my roommate was scratched by one the other night.

The worst apartment I’ve ever lived in
Former Tenant
Pros:
The only positive was the cheap rent, but I soon learned why it was so cheap
Cons:
My apartment flooded 5 times. All of the above. Sewage water, rain water you name it. So bad the tore apart the wall to dry them out but they didn’t dry them full which began to lead to roaches, flys and rats
Advice to owner:
Do better. Don’t dismiss your tenants concerns
