Wouldn’t rent here again
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to the subway
Cons:
Practically half the packages you get delivered here WILL get stolen. There’s a bar on the ground floor that plays music late into the night that I can hear from my apartment when I’m trying to sleep. The super sometimes will ignore your texts, there’s the occasional cockroach, and you have to keep your windows open in the winter because they overdo it with the heat
Advice to owner:
Implement something to prevent stolen packages PLEASE. I started having to get my packages shipped to my job and friends apartments because I know if a package I buy gets delivered when I’m not home, it won’t be there by the time I am. Hire a doorman, have the super bring packages to each person’s apartment, SOMETHING

Don’t move here. Go literally anywhere else.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing at all
Cons:
It’s dirty, dark, not maintained at all. They don’t do any kind of pest control. The water pressure is horrible. They won’t fix anything because they’re stuck with a rent stabilized building and to the owners dismay can’t just kick everyone onto the curb.
Advice to owner:
Sorry you want to get rid of your partly rent stabilized building so badly to make room for more condos.
