Horrible Management (Margules Properties)

Pros:
Central air, in-unit, recently renovated, great rooftop, lots of natural light
Cons:
We had water coming up from our kitchen sink, flooding our apartment and nobody would come. There were multiple issues with the paint on the wall, the lighting fixtures, and vents when we moved in even though they said these issues would be fixed. One time I had WINE dripping from my smoke detector. Our washing machine was broken for months and management was non-responsive. Basically, don’t expect any help from management if something is wrong with your apartment. The super is nice but there’s only so much he can do. The people who work for Margules are so nasty and unprofessional. I will never live in one of their buildings ever again.
Advice to owner:
Fix your entire business. Nothing about your management is working for your tenants. We are fed up!

Pros:
Love where it is in bushwick
Nicely finished inside
Access to a roof with an incredible view
No problems with rats or many bugs so far
Cons:
Management is absolutely horrible. They are shady and won’t communicate. Very rude and unresponsive. Huge downfall and probs won’t live her again because of it
Advice to owner:
Get a better management company but you are no good.
