Run down building with very little cleaning/maintance. Otherwise not bad
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Never worry about heat not working.. It’s HOT in here during the winter -No crazy kids or parties going on here. (If anything just going loud children) -nice rooftop view -Close to lots of convenience stores, food/bars, and train.
Cons:
-Not enough garbage/recycling cans (outside of the building is disgraceful and it’s now wonder we have rodent problems in this city) -NO ONE SWEEPS THE STAIRS (been a roach next to the stairs for 3 weeks now) -the front door has been busted for a year (no security) -definitely open building violations going on here with fire alarm systems etc
Advice to owner:
When it comes to responsiveness to issues with the building/apartments, the property manager is excellent. Quick to respond and to the point. But in terms of the how the building is cleaned and maintained and cared for its just abysmal and gross.
