Great location in bushwick- rooms on smaller side

-Great location in Bushwick -Near Central Ave station -New appliances -secure -rooftop
Cons:
-walls could be thicker -laundry machines need some maintenance

great place but landlord makes it unpleasant

Pros:
landlord is the most unresponsive person on the planet i do not understand how he owns so many properties.
building is great for the most part though, there is a lot of theft of packages which the landlord doesnt care to do anythiung about (like adding reflective glass to the lobby doors)
Cons:
landlord sucks and too many package thefts
