Not that bad

Pros:
Great location, friendly neighbors, spacious rooms, no issues with pests
Cons:
Management can be unresponsive at times, eg front door of the building stopped locking and it took basically everyone in the building emailing/calling multiple times for them to do anything. Street can be loud but not too crazy. In the third floor apartments, loft bedroom upstairs has the creakiest floors I’ve ever heard in my life- like waking you up in the middle of the night type of squeaky.

Pros:
Management is very quick to respond to problems and more communicative than I expected.
Cons:
It’s run by a large Brooklyn management company, so expect some of the skimping on features.
