Terrible Build with Terrible Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to Maria Hernandez Park and grocery stores, restaurants and bars.
Cons:
This building has been managed by some of the worst people in New York City. There was a time when sewage had leaked in the basement for two weeks with the smell of feces permeating throughout the building — calling it hazardous would be mild. The management for this building has had issues with so many tenants and had the audacity to rent out the basement as event space to the absolute detriment to the people who live right above them. The materials used to construct the building is cheap and I'm shocked that there hasn't been a fire because it's only a matter of time before it would engulf the entire place.
