Terrible Build with Terrible Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to Maria Hernandez Park and grocery stores, restaurants and bars.
Cons:
This building has been managed by some of the worst people in New York City. There was a time when sewage had leaked in the basement for two weeks with the smell of feces permeating throughout the building — calling it hazardous would be mild. The management for this building has had issues with so many tenants and had the audacity to rent out the basement as event space to the absolute detriment to the people who live right above them. The materials used to construct the building is cheap and I'm shocked that there hasn't been a fire because it's only a matter of time before it would engulf the entire place.

The apartments lure you in, but many downsides
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Spacious units
- Great location
Cons:
- Do NOT live on the 1st floor, constant construction happening and a new events company has (somehow legally) rented the basement as of February 2024 and will be hosting events/parties down there
- Outdated appliances
- Leaks/issues that they never fix
- Management is pretty awful and takes responsibility for absolutely nothing -- for example, we haven't had heat for 17 days now due to their negligence
Advice to owner:
Fire all of your employees and figure your sh*t out, otherwise you're never going to be able to keep tenants here for longer than a year
