The worst place I live in New York

Pros:
Heat backyard a d 3 bathrooms
Cons:
No management paid for a washer and dryer and never be able to use. Rats everywhere. Garbage a mess neighbor parties right in my windows.
Advice to owner:
Find someone to take care this property
