Mold, roach and ant infested apt
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rooftop once repaired, in-unit washer dryer, location within Bushwick and distance to L train stop.
Cons:
Lazy responses to water damages, leaks and mold. No remediation after massive leaks and flooding from storm waters. Roach and ant problems, not effectively or consistently treated. Foundation issues causing cracks that allow for inefficient energy use and pests in
Advice to owner:
Grow a heart and fix the building properly

Would be nice if everything worked
Former Tenant
Pros:
Each room has AC, nice rooftop, convenient location
Cons:
Management is not responsive—had issues with leaks in rooms/bathrooms, mold in washer, no hot water, etc. that took weeks to get resolved, garbage often will pile up between the gate and the door to the building
