This review is just to warn against the property owner

Great neighbors and location.
Cons:
Kept in awful condition. Maintenance would never fix anything and came extremely late after contacting multiple times. Apt recently renovated and looked held together by planks of scrap wood. Nails sticking out of random places. Terrible leaks. This place burned down and I am sure it was due to the owners negligence. He sent people to harass one of the tenants and threaten eviction just because they were asking for NECESSARY repairs.
Advice to owner:
Evil. Will get his comeuppance one day.
