From a Current Tenant
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Amazing location - Nice neighbors - Roof access - monthly pest control
Cons:
- Very unresponsive super/landlord - Unclear way to even reach landlord - Domestic disputes with some neighbors - Rats always around the front entrance - Needed repairs aren’t dealt with - Packages go missing - Buzzer doesn’t work - Common area is pretty dirty
Advice to owner:
Be more involved and more responsive with your tenants issues and necessary repairs.
