awful, inconsistent, and unresponsive management

Pros:
the unit i'm in is renovated with stylish details, though if you look closely it's cheaply done - very 'landlord special' - it's clear they renovated just to destabilize the unit
Cons:
heat went out from october - mid november and again from the end of january to march (when it was single digits outside). we've lost hot water over 10 times, up to 5 days at a time. the common area is the most disgusting I've ever seen, with food thrown all over. the management doesn't reply and is inconsistent - they'll promise one thing and it NEVER happens. they're also rude. our door has a massive gap in it where they clearly sawed the bottom - the walls and floors are totally uneven. the neighbors upstairs are awful. I will never rent from bluesky again

Horrible and inhuman owners.The building is full of mold and they won’t fix

Nothing they are making tenants sick
Cons:
Mold and people are getting sick they refuse to fix or even acknowledge the mold exposure that’s slowly killing tenants

Respect human life
