Pros:
High ceilings, dishwasher, proximity to M train and Bushwick spots
Cons:
Rats in the walls, the super does not respond to texts and shows up whenever he wants, the basment floods whenever it rains extremely hard and the management doesn’t care or come to address it like they say they will, roaches infesting the kitchen, the neighbors have like 10 kids and they are constantly crying or throwing things at the wall
Living here was traumatic. Do not live here

roaches and rats

in unit air conditioning
Cons:
roaches roaches roaches. didn’t see them while looking at the apartment but we moved in and they were already there. no pest control comes by, we’d get rid of them and they just came back. also there are rats you hear running through the walls.
