Squatter rents illegally

None, if you see this apartment listing for sublet, it’s being done so illegally
Cons:
Daniele Bolduc is an illegal squatter who shall be facing in eviction. She pretended to be the owner of the apartment and rented it out to 5 other people. She might be currently looking for new roommates, since she evicted 3 and then other 2 moved out due to concerns to their safety. All of our rent money and deposit is being held by her, about 10,000 in total. She has a history of verbal and physical abuse, other misdemeanors, and her American visa is expired. Please beware and spread the word as much as you can because she maybe looking for her next victim as we speak. I am more than happy to provide evidence and other victims’ anonymous experiences in DMs.

Really responsive landlord, issues are responded to within 24 hours. Energy efficient central heat and air.
