Bad experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to the park and grocery / laundry. Cant really think of many pros
Cons:
Mice! Sooooooo many mice..constant issue. I even saw them crawling under the apartment door. I caught dozens and also withheld rent until they finally agreed to send an exterminator...which should be regularly scheduled in NYC anyway. It didnt really stop the mice. I just moved out eventually. At the time there were very loud roosters on the deli / butchers roof near the corner that woke us up often at 5am. The downstairs neighbors used to blast music in the early AM too like 6 am. Not ideal even for college students. The floors were also on a slant so no cabinets would stay closed
Advice to owner:
I would hope you finally took care of that rodent problem!!!
