Terrible landlord / terrible building

Pros:
None. Terrible building
Cons:
This building is Infested with roaches, landlord refuses to get a proper exterminator, instead they just send their friend over to spray some weird insect killer all over the apartment. Last time they did this they sprayed the stuff all over our shoes and appliances. No proper garbage disposal. The landlord is very rude. They show up out of nowhere with no notice. The building hallways are hardly ever cleaned and never cleaned properly. Other neighbors are noisy, rude, and creepy. Apartment also has mold. Worst place I have ever lived.
Advice to owner:
Do better. It is cruel to charge so much rent for such terrible, unsafe, and unsanitary living conditions.
