Old and poorly maintained building

Pros:
Rooftop and some nice neighbors (not all though)
Cons:
Roaches and other bugs in the lobby/apartment, paint peeling off the walls and doors, light/electricity issues, variances in monthly rent paid by tenants, unreliable maintenance team/landlord.
Advice to owner:
Be more reasonable and realistic
