    Don’t rent in this building or any building owned by this slumlord

    Proximity to trains and the city
    Cons:
    Unbelievable amount of noise. Aggressive neighbors. Unresponsive landlord. Landlord withholds deposit without reason.
    Advice to owner:
    Answer your tenants. Don’t steal. Sell the building.
