Vermin issues in last months living here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Overall my experience living here was good because I was young and didn’t care about things much. Location is insanely good
Cons:
There was a roach issue that got worse on the last few months I lived here. Some mold problems too. Management not the most responsive or helpful
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to tenant issues

Cockroach City - Avoid

Pros:
Good area for restaurants and shops.
Cons:
An unbelievable cockroach problem that I’d never thought I’d ever experience. Extermination and bug bombing did NOTHING. I would come home and flip on the light switch and they would scatter everywhere. There was one day I killed 7 live ones, and when they did exterminate there was over 15 dead ones found.
Advice to owner:
I don’t think anything can be done to fix this if the cockroaches are a part of the ecosystem of the building.
