    Okay for a year
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Few repairs/maintenance needed
    Feels secure
    No stolen packages
    Never saw a roach or rodent indoors
    Cons:
    Unclean/smelly common areas and basement
    Laundry in building very unreliable - didn’t use
    Some pests - relatively normal level
    Structurally did not seem incredibly secure - as lived there, water in walls and A/C units not incredibly secure
