Really decent, quiet building with some issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management responds pretty quickly to issues, the street is quiet and the neighbors are nice. Real wood floors, lots of windows in units. There's a backyard, shared with the neighboring building, which is really nice to have. Good location.
Cons:
Apartments are really small for the price, really cheap landlord special paint and fixtures. A bit of a mold problem, and we get a few bugs in the summer like any other building. The hot water only lasts long enough for one quick shower, then the next person has to wait an hour or so to take a hot shower. There is one washer-dryer and its in the building next door, so it's never available, and it breaks often. Sometimes the backyard is gross.

Alright but on the verge of too expensive

Pros:
Has a shared backyard, Laundry in building, I never hear my neighbors inside the building Each unit has a little mudroom before you enter the apartment
Cons:
People hanging out in the backyard sound like they’re in your living room, People are terrible about leaving dirty laundry in the laundry machines Hot water doesn’t last long at all Sprinkler pipes in unit

These places are not worth $2000+
